LEMON DETOX DIET!

Day one:
I woke up this morning and squeezed 11 tablespoons of lemon juice
Poured 11 tablespoons of maple syrup
Grabbed a pinch of cayenne pepper and mixed It all together with 5 cups of water.
That was my meal until I got home at one pm, when I made another one and am currently slurping it down.
In all honesty, this is the second hardest thing Ive had to do.
Im not over weight, Im a dancer at five feet five inches and weigh135 lbs, but I had no Idea how addicted I was to food. The flavor of it, how good it makes me feel when Im hungry, now I realized how often I ate out of boredom. Right now, I cant wait to go to sleep so I wont have to sit here thinking about the delicious pasta my mom is making upstairs!
